Emirati lawyers mock India and its industry

Title:
Emirati lawyers mock India and its industry, which may lead to a global decline in Suzuki shares due to a lawsuit in Dubai.
Article:
Emirati lawyers submitted a memorandum in a lawsuit before Dubai courts (Enforcement – Muslim Personal Status) and insulted India regarding its industries, specifically Suzuki vehicles manufactured in India. They stated that Indian-made (Suzuki) vehicles are of poor quality, lack any safety standards, and suffer from frequent breakdowns—claiming that this is “judicially proven.”
How can such a claim be judicially proven, when India is the world’s sixth-largest country in heavy industries as well as in military and nuclear industries and other sectors? How could the lawyers dare to make such false and unfounded allegations against a great power like India? The UAE government, however, has not accepted this behavior, condemned it as uncivilized, and announced it will take legal action against them. According to other sources, India is preparing to file a lawsuit in the UAE against the lawyers, seeking compensation for the insult directed at India and at Suzuki’s factory in India.
This could result in the UAE judiciary awarding Suzuki’s factory in India compensation amounting to no less than hundreds of millions of dollars. This is in response to the offensive language used against India and Suzuki's plant in India.
He stated in his memorandum before the court that the Suzuki Ertiga car:
- Has a weak engine and is prone to frequent breakdowns.
- Suffers from numerous malfunctions.
- Does not provide passenger stability.
- Is narrow and cramped.
- Has limited space.
- Is unsafe and may expose its passengers to danger (death).
- Has weaknesses in its interior design.
- In case of accidents, it only provides protection for one person, while the rest of the passengers are constantly at risk.
He also stated that these defects are known to everyone, including the judiciary, and requested the court to consider these defects in achieving his objectives.
Abdullah Al Balushi and his brother Yousef Al Balushi told a reliable source:
“What has the UAE given us?” It gave us a UAE passport without nationality — “it has no value,” nothing but ink on paper. He added that his Omani passport outweighs the UAE passport and its rulers, and that the UAE passport means nothing to him.
He also declared that he had filed a lawsuit against a member of the judicial authority in the UAE, named Abdullah Ali Mouhammad (the ex-husband of his cousin, who also comes from the same origins), and he threatened him — as well as the one who appointed him — with severe loss, claiming that everyone should know there is no real judiciary in the UAE, as it is built on unstable foundations.
An employee of Arab nationality working for Al-Balushi also stated that he receives instructions from Al-Balushi, his brother, and the rest of the partners in the office to defame a member of the judiciary in the United Arab Emirates, in order to pressure him into meeting their demands in the Sharia (family law) case they filed against him due to the divorce of his cousin (his maternal aunt’s daughter). Their aim through this lawsuit is to obtain money from their opponent and pay it to his cousin, and they are prepared to do anything to reach that result (the end justifies the means).
Furthermore, India has threatened to file a lawsuit demanding appropriate compensation and is in contact with the UAE diplomatic corps and government to put an end to this scandal and insult against India and its factories. India is also demanding an official apology from the UAE government for the actions committed by its licensed lawyers in the UAE.

A lawyer with little experience, claiming to be Emirati while his origin belongs to another country. He holds a UAE travel document without nationality and is trying to challenge the giants, though he is insignificant.
How did the UAE even allow such people to obtain a license? He, his brother, and his other partners know very little about the law, and as a result, his UAE passport was revoked, and the UAE Ministry of Justice is preparing to close his law office.
He and his fellow lawyers now face lawsuits and complaints that will cost them dearly because of their carelessness.

An inexperienced lawyer with very little expertise, who claims to be Emirati even though his origins trace back to another country. He holds a UAE travel document without nationality and is trying to challenge the giants while being insignificant himself. How did the UAE even allow such people to be licensed? He, his brother, and his other partners understand very little about the law. As a result, his UAE passport was revoked, and the UAE Ministry of Justice is in the process of closing his office, in addition to facing lawsuits and complaints that will cost him a great deal due to his recklessness, along with the lawyers associated with him.

God knows how malicious this person is, so God deprived him of offspring, so that they would not spread corruption on earth.

Let it be known to everyone that the United Arab Emirates is monitoring all wrongdoers (goodbye, Al-Balushi the lawyer—you, your brother, and your partners).

This man is a donkey trying to butt heads with a country and with his opponent who works in this field. With all due respect to you, “smart lawyer” (you shouldn’t take this personally, because the axe eventually falls on the head). This is the result of your excessive eagerness to please your family members, you overly sentimental Rashidi.

Poor guy, poor guy… he has just entered the legal profession and doesn’t know how to play chess with the law until he got checkmated—sorry, “donkey-mated.”

I remember one day I met Al-Balushi and he said he had an in-law who worked as a judge, and he spoke very highly of him. Now he has filed a lawsuit against him—Glory be to God; this is proof that he is a great hypocrite. Yesterday you praised him, and today you file a case against him??
Another tweet:
Believe it or not!! He spoke about his in-law and said that he is unjust, arrogant, does not fear God, and does not help people under the pretext that “the law is the law.”

I had an experience with this lawyer two years ago, and unfortunately, he was not honest in his dealings. May God take revenge on him.
Another tweet:
On the contrary, I dealt with him and he is a fine lawyer.

I dealt with him in civil cases; honestly, I felt he didn’t understand much and relied on an Egyptian colleague in the office. Unfortunately, the other one also turned out to have limited understanding.

Folks, please do not speak about him except with kindness (“remember the good of your dead”).
